Quality control

Proactive management of quality control is crucial to meet the challenges on the market and to optimizing supply.

Based on agreed quality specifications, functions, safety, and compliance with relevant standards, we will conduct an end control before shipping the goods.

We use ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008

This is an inspection procedure that precisely defines how large a sampling should be and what is acceptable in relation to our strict requirements.

If we make 350 cots we will pick 50 pcs for inspection using General Inspection Level II.

If we find more than the accepted defects we will do a 100% inspection before the goods are released for shipment.
